What we process
When you upload a bank or credit card statement PDF, it is sent directly to our server for conversion. We read the file into memory, extract the transaction data, generate your Excel file, and send it back to you in the same request — the file is never written to disk and never saved to a database.
What we don't do
We don't store your statement, its contents, or the Excel file we generate from it. We don't share your file with any third party, and we don't use it for analytics, model training, or any purpose other than producing the Excel file you asked for. Once your download completes, nothing about that request remains on our servers.
Passwords
If your PDF is password-protected, the password you enter is used only in memory to open the file for that one conversion. It is never logged, stored, or transmitted anywhere else.
Cookies
We currently use a single local storage entry to remember that you've dismissed the cookie notice — this stays on your device and isn't sent to us. We don't currently run analytics or advertising, but this site is built to support them in the future; if that changes, this policy and the cookie notice will be updated to reflect it.
