What we process

When you upload a bank or credit card statement PDF, it is sent directly to our server for conversion. We read the file into memory, extract the transaction data, generate your Excel file, and send it back to you in the same request — the file is never written to disk and never saved to a database.

What we don't do

We don't store your statement, its contents, or the Excel file we generate from it. We don't share your file with any third party, and we don't use it for analytics, model training, or any purpose other than producing the Excel file you asked for. Once your download completes, nothing about that request remains on our servers.

Passwords

If your PDF is password-protected, the password you enter is used only in memory to open the file for that one conversion. It is never logged, stored, or transmitted anywhere else.

Cookies

We use a small amount of local storage to remember that you've responded to the cookie notice — this stays on your device and isn't sent to us.

This site may use Google Analytics to understand traffic — which pages are visited, how people arrive here, and general usage patterns. When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies to do this and a cookie notice mentioning it appears on your first visit. Analytics never receives the contents of any statement you upload — those are processed in memory and never stored, see "What we process" above. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure how those ads perform. We don't control these cookies, and this policy doesn't cover how Google or its partners use the data they collect — see Google's advertising policy for details on their practices.

You can control or opt out of personalized advertising:
