Using the service
StatementToExcel converts bank and credit card statement PDFs into Excel spreadsheets. You may only upload statements you're authorized to access — your own, or ones you have permission to process on someone else's behalf.
Accuracy
We aim for high accuracy, but automated extraction from arbitrary PDF layouts can't be guaranteed perfect for every statement format. Rows we're not fully confident about are flagged in a Review Flag column rather than silently guessed — please verify important figures against your original statement before relying on the converted file, particularly for accounting or compliance purposes.
No storage, no warranty of availability
Files are processed in memory and not retained (see our Privacy Policy). The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to process files you don't have the right to access, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or for any unlawful purpose.
Advertising
This site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and its advertising partners (see our Privacy Policy for how those cookies are used). Ads are placed automatically and their content isn't reviewed, endorsed, or guaranteed by StatementToExcel. Please don't click on ads for any reason other than genuine interest in the advertised product or service — clicking to support the site, testing ads, or any other artificial interaction is not permitted.
